The team has proven experience in program design and evaluation, research and development, including research methodologies such as qualitative data collection and analysis on sensitive subjects. In addition, they have good knowledge and experience in capacity development, Human Rights-based programming, community-based approaches, Result based Management, conflict-sensitive management and accountability to beneficiaries in a fragile context.

The team is experienced in project proposal writing, project cycle management, institutional and organizational development, scenario setting during strategic planning, risk management, risk mitigation strategies, periodic monitoring of the assumptions, and security assessment.

That experience includes developing office strategic plans, operational plans, ensuring plan implementation, institutionalizing the proper processes for the different programs/ projects to manage different complex portfolios, and developing robust internal control systems to ensure conformity with financial and administrative policies and procedures.

They have excellent experience working with Governmental and non-Governmental organizations in Palestine with in-depth knowledge of the vulnerable communities in the West Bank (mainly area C) and the Gaza Strip context.
